CNC is a series of Gantry CNC video measuring machines, which are specially designed for large size measurement. The largest measurement range can reach 400× 500mm, and can be applied in the industries of PCB, LCD, sheet metal, civil aviation and space industries, etc. VMG integrates the industry’s most advanced design concepts. 基本測量功能 Basic Measuring Function

可測幾何量：點、線、圓（最大、最小和平均）、弧、樣條曲線、橢圓、矩形、四邊形、槽、R角、環、間距、距離、點群等。

It can test the geometric element, including point, line, circle, arc, spline, ellipse, rectangle, slot, ring circle ,gap, distance, point list, etc.

構建：中心點、極值點、端點、交點、兩點連線、平行線、垂線、切線、平分線、中心線、合并、輪廓分割、半徑畫圓、三線內切圓、兩線半徑內切圓等。

It can construct centered, endpoint, insect, connect, parallel, perpendicular, tangent, bisect, combine, etc.

影像量測工具：繪圖點、最近邊緣點、聚焦點、圓形框取點、最佳邊緣點、最近點、整體提取、多段提取、紋理分割、多段紋理分割、電子卡尺、快速整理取圓、開放輪廓線、最大閉合輪廓線、最近閉合輪廓線。

Video measuring tools include drawing point, closed point, focus point, pick point by circle, whole pick, multiple pick, edge trace, largest closed contour, nearest closed contour.

形位公差：直線度、圓度、位置度、平行度、垂直度、傾斜度、同心度等。

It can provide tolerance measurement: include straightness, roundness, position, parallelism, perpendicularity, angularity and concentricity, etc.

坐標系：夾具定位坐標系、點線、兩點X、兩點Y、三點、兩線、圖像配準坐標系；平移、旋轉、手工調整坐標系。

Coordinate system: Fixture positioning coordinate system, dotted line, Two points determine the X axis, Two points determine the Y axis, three points, two lines, Image registration system. Translation, rotation, manually adjust the coordinate system.

五.售后服務承諾書Commitment of After Service

1、安裝調試和培訓Debugging and Training

(1、交貨與安裝調試Delivery and Debugging：

該儀器到達甲方儀器安裝地點后，甲方應立即通知我公司。我方將在和甲方協商的日期內到達用戶所在地進行安裝，甲方儀器使用人員需提供必要的協助。

Once the goods arrives in the fitting place, the Buyers should inform the Seller. We will arrive in the Buyers’ location to fit it before the agreed date. The Buyers should provide necessary assistance.

安裝工作一般在一至二天內完成，包含機臺及各零件定位、機臺調水平、三軸復原、CCD定位、線路檢查及功能電路測試等。

The fitting work should be finished within one day, including positioning the main body and its accessory, leveling the body, recovering three axis, locating the CCD, checking the connections and testing the function circuit.

調試工作一般也在一至兩天內完成，包含校驗精度等。

The adjusting work is generally finished within one day, including precision correction.

(2、培訓Training：

培訓地點：在甲方指定所在地。

Training place: The Buyers’ appointed position.

培訓人數：在儀器安裝驗收之后,由乙方安裝工程師對用戶進行操作培訓（受訓人員應具有基本的測量常識和電腦知識）。

Quantity of Trainee: After the fitting and acceptance of the goods, the engineer from the Sellers train one or two of the Buyers (the trainee should have basic knowledge of measuring and computer).

培訓內容：包含機臺操作使用培訓和測量軟件培訓，直到操作者能掌握基本操作為止。

Content of Training: Operate the machine and the measuring software till the trainee can master the basic skills by themselves.

2、保修期內售后服務After Service within Guarantee

(1、自安裝、調試、培訓完成之日起一年內為產品的保修期。保修期期內，在正常使用條件下，若發生任何因產品本體或組件（含機臺、電控系統、鏡頭、CCD、軟件）損壞引發的故障，本公司免費為客戶做修換服務。

The guarantee period is defined as one year after the finish of fitting, debugging and training. During this period, any malfunction of product or accessory (include body, electric controller, lens, CCD, software) will be repaired or replaced by the Sellers for free only under proper use.

(2、保修期內測量軟件免費升級。

During the guarantee, the software will be upgraded for free.

(3、接到客戶報修通知，本公司承諾在1個工作日內回復并提出解決方案。如需現場解決，2個工作日內到達現場。

TZTEK promises to provide effective solutions after receiving the customer’s notice of repair. If on site solution is needed, our company will arrive there within 2 days.

(4、在保修期內，由于如下原因導致產品故障，本公司只收取配件成本費用。

Within the guarantee, TZTEK will claim charge of cost if the malfunction or damage is caused by follows:

（4.1）在本公司指定維修站外進行修理、搬運引起的故障和損壞。

The product is not repaired and carried in the Sellers’s appointed station.

（4.2）人為因素操作不當而造成的故障和損壞。

User’s improper operation.

（4.3）自行改裝或私自拆機而造成的故障和損壞。

  Private refitting or dismantling.

（4.4）由于天災、地震、火災或其他不可抗力因素而造成的故障和損壞。

Force majeure like earthquake, fire etc.

（4.5）使用非本公司指定的零配件所引起的故障和損壞。
